Course Access

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, security features, rate limits, or payment requirements.

Intellectual Property

Acelearn, course content, videos, code examples, designs, text, branding, and related materials are owned by Aceternity Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide to us, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, and support it in connection with Acelearn.

Payments and Taxes

Prices, taxes, billing cycles, and available payment methods are shown at checkout where applicable. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction unless they are collected at checkout.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and any offer-specific terms shown at purchase. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us as soon as possible.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or use Acelearn unlawfully. You may stop using Acelearn at any time.
