This Refund Policy explains how Aceternity Solutions Pvt Ltd handles refund requests for Acelearn courses, digital products, subscriptions, and related services.

Because Acelearn primarily provides digital learning products that can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and handled as described below unless an offer-specific refund term is shown at checkout.

Eligibility

You may contact us to request a refund if there was a duplicate charge, an accidental purchase, a billing error, or a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Non-Refundable Purchases

• Completed purchases may be non-refundable once course access, downloadable files, templates, source files, or other digital materials have been delivered.
• Refunds are not provided because you changed your mind after accessing the product, no longer need the course, or did not complete the course.
• Discounted, promotional, bundled, or limited-time purchases may be final sale unless stated otherwise at checkout.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aceternity.com with the email address used for purchase, order ID or receipt, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and understand the request.

Review Process

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, and region.

Subscriptions and Renewals

If Acelearn offers subscriptions, you are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. Renewal charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated at checkout.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact us first so we can investigate and help resolve it. Chargebacks may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
